Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I have a protective order on my soon to be ex wife. It has been in effect since April of 2010. She was granted supervised visitation and has not seen the children since. It has been eight months. She is also on probation for violating that order. Can i file child abandonment and terminate her rights?

Parental rights cannot be terminated easily. There has to be two years of no contact.
