can i prove my ex husband an "unfit" father due to his excessive alcohol use, porn addiction and partying?

Unfit for what? Running a business? Custody of children? For interdiction purposes? The answer to all of them is yes.....if you can show the excesses have made whatever you are trying to stop him from doing, from doing it in an acceptable manner.
