Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

i have a question

ih, my name is--name removed-- my daughter is 4 months old and her dad is 16 years of age and i am 17, now they have told me that they have a lawyer and are trying to get custody of her, we have been fighting back and forth over the computer, and he has said some stuff that will stand in court, like he dont want anything to do with her and shes not his. What should i do and should i get a lawyer?

I always advise anyone who is about to be in a custody battle to get a lawyer. So, yes, you should consult with an attorney right away.
