I been raising my step child for six years since she was 3 months old the bio father never paid child support are never wanted to see her now after 6 years he want to start paying and start seeing her the ? Is do he have the right to start seeing her

There is a presumption that both parents are necessary for a child's best interests. You would need to show that having her father in her life would not be in her best interests. However, the court will order an easing into a relationship between the two. It is a good thing that he is wanting to be a father. She will be enriched if he does it right. Two fathers will be a blessing for her. See a counsellor and make a positive plan in how to make this good for all of you.
