Rapist and Parental Rights
Is it legal for the rape victim to contract for no child support if the rapist will give up parental rights to the child?

Child support is a right of the child, not the parent. The parent cannot actually waive child support.

I totally agree with Mr. Casanave, however, I am baffled at why the rapist has any parental rights whatsoever? This is the type situation that needs a face to face consultation.
