Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I have recently divorced in the state of Texas and moved to Louisiana. I was awarded Sole Managing Conservator, while my ex-husband has Possessory Conservator. I wanted to obtain passports for our children for an upcoming vacation. Would I have to get his signature/permission?

Ask the federal government. But I can tell you the answer is yes, he will have to agree to it.
