Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I recorded my attorney asking to see my breast. He told me I owe him that, I felt VERY uncomfortable and tried to laugh it off and say no. He became upset and I quickly found my way out of there. He has on many occasions made comments or insinuated such inappropriate acts as this. I have already spent my life savings plus more on fees during custody battles. Rumor is he "black balled" me around town and no other attorneys will call me back to handle contempt charges and my case (my ex left the country (Mexico) with my 7yr twins without my knowledge or permission. I am a single mom with very little left in savings and no faith in the court system to spend another $3000 retainer fee. What do I do?
