Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

In reference to filing for divorce and the one year residency required before filing: Can I be considered a Louisiana resident if this is my native home, even though I have only moved back nine months ago?

You are a resident of Louisiana when the evidence shows you are. Your driver's license is the easiest proof. But who is going to ask you when you moved to Louisiana?
