Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I would like to remove the father's name from a birth certificate and add the biological father.

I was married to a man who was not the father of my child, but his name was put on the birth certificate. We divored in 2002 and I am married to the biological father. My child is 14 years old, born in Lousiana, we now live in Texas. I would like to put her biological father's name on the birth certificate, but the man on the her birth certificate is refusing/not responding to my request for him to sign a three party aknowledgement form. What can I do to get his name off the birth certificate and add the biological father?

You should be filing a suit to establish paternity, making the legal father a party as his legal paternity will be disavowed if successful. This will be complex and you will need an attorney.
