reversal of act of donation
I donated family home to ex-wife.
It's been over a year. How do I get it reversed??

Re: reversal of act of donation
A donation may be revoked for ingratitude of the donee, which would include the donee's atttempting to take the life of the donor, being guilty of cruel treatment, crimes or grievous injuries or refusing the donor food when in distress. The action must be brought within a year of the act of ingratitude. There are other circumstances in whcih a donation may be revoked or dissolved, but those would have to do with the terms of the donation itself.

If she accepted the donation it is her property.
