Reversing an Adoption

We adopted a nephew, but after 2 years he wanted to return with his biological mother and siblings. We gave her legal custody, but since she has brought him to her mother in West Virginia and now she is seeking legal custody. How can we reverse the adoption legally without costing alot of money. The child is now 12 years old.

Probably the easiest thing to do is have the "new" mother get a new adoption.
