my rights
can my daughter take my grandson away from me after i have had him in my care, she has not shown any interest in him until now, because she is angry with me. i have temporary custody papers but they have now expired.

YOU HAVE WHATEVER AUTHORITY THE PARENT(S) OR THE COURT HAS GIVEN YOU. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A COURT ORDER, THEN YOUR DAUGHTER CAN TAKE HER CHILD. YOU NEED TO FILE FOR CUSTODY.
