Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Rights of products purchased

What is the law in Louisiana when one of the spouses purchases an item just in their name without including the other spouse's financial information. Is the item purchased still under community property? If there was a divorce could the spouse that purchased the item take possession of it or not?
