what are my rights

i have been seperated for 3 years, i am still married , my husband had moved in with his girlfriend last year, thats when i found out he raped and molested my children over the years, he went to jail last week for 15 years. my question is,his personal belongings and things we had together, am i intitled to them, and also he recieved VA money from the military ,i like to find out if i am intitled for that
