Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana
Seperated but, not divorce
In the state of Louisiana, is it considered adultrey if I am living with someone else, other than my husband. We have been seperated for almost a year now, but not legally divorced.

Only if you have sexual relations with that person.

Technically, adultery occurs when you have sexual relations with someone while you are still married. However, even if you are not having sex, all your H has to show is that you spent the night with another man. The assumption is that adultery must have taken place.
