Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Seperation and divorce

I have been seperated nearly a year and i got it wrote up when i started my seperation. I've been wanting a divorce but my funds wasn't right. Through my 4 1/2 years of marriage, my wife and I have committed adultery. Is it any difference if it was earlier in the marriage or later in the marriage? I have not seen her cheating but a relative was with her over night while the cheating occurred. She has cheated with 2 men that I know. On the other hand, she know my ''woman'' and she knows where she is located. Whats my odds? I offered her everything, 1 big truck w/ a driver or she can sell and benefit from the money(She worked a year out of the marrigage),a suv, a car & trailer. All I want is the other big truck and my pick-up truck and call it quits. I can't get her to agree on anything so do you think the judge would favor my agreement?

Re: Seperation and divorce

I cannot say what a judge will approve without seeing all of the factors. No lawyer can.

If you have lived separately for more than 6 months you can get divorced easily and relatively cheaply. I cannot predict what the property separation would cost.
