In the papers she is saying that I willing allowed her to change my daughters school the last two years in a row and that i gave up my every other week visitation. She also is now asking for child support. I have never agreed to any of this. The child has exspressed to me and my wife on several occassions she is unhappy living with her mother. We have also on many occassions tried to reason with her putting back in school out where we live because the schools or top rated in the state. She insist having her in another parish because it is more conveint for the mother. The child has spent the entire summer with us two years in a row only seeing her mother about twice during the summer. She has also moved the child an hour away and has made it impossible for us to pick her up every other week. We also are concerned because the childs grades and behavior in school in horrible and we have tried to help this get better while the mother has not been involved at all. Please help me. I can not afford an attorney right now and don't know what I should do.

You will need an attorney. You may try the legal services clinic in your area. You will all documentation of communications, visitation, multiple moves or changes in schools. You have to pay child support. You only have 15 days from service date to answer suit-so time is short. Also you should have been given a rule date-you will need counsel for date also. Be sure to attend all court proceedings.
