Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I share joint custody of my 13 year old son with his mother. She is the domicillary parent. He has lived with me since May of 2010 and wants to continue to do so could I file for change of custody and do I stand a chance of getting it? Also the place where she lives there now is a pull camper with her husband and two other children, so there is really no room. I have since gone to court and gotten child support stopped.

Custody can be changed at any time as long as it is in the best interests of the child. If you are receiving child support and he has not lived with you a year, a change of custody should not be difficult to achieve.
