Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

is a signed, but not noterized agreement between two parties legal. this is two people who are legally married,but seperated. will just the signature hold up in coourt if neede? this is from the state of louisiana.

Yes a signed document is valid but the notary verifies that the parties signing were the actual persons. It will all depend on what matters the agreement addresses.
