Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I signed papers to do an intrafamily adoption to my grandmother back in 2006 and when I signed my rights away my parents signed their grandparents rights away. This past December my grandmother passed away and my daughter is living with my parents which have no more or less rights than I do if I am correct. If i file a motion for modification and get the case back into court is there a chance that I could get my mothers rights back since my grandmother is deceased and there is a significant change in circumstances?

You can file for custody and/or adoption of your child just like any stranger could file.....the best interest of the child is what the court will ultimately determine.
