Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My son is 11 and he doesn't want to go to his moms when its her week, she treats him badly and too many other things to list. We have joint custody, he wants to stay with me. What should I do?

You will have to file for a change in custody and allow the court to rule in the child's best interest after hearing all of the circumstances.
