Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My son has a warrant for non payment of child support. His license has been revoked. He is willing to work and start payment but needs a license. He can not pay if he is in jailed. what are his options, if any.

He must attend all court dates and communicate with the nonsupport personnel-they would not take his license if he was working with them. He should make an appointment with them and bring all his financial information along with a workable plan for payment. As you know, we are responsible for the children we bring into this world.
