Spousal and Child Support

I am in a very unhappy marriage currently. I am a stay at home mom, therefore have no personal income. My husband is a family physician. My question is would I be able to get spousal support or alimony for myself and what would determine the amount of child support he would have to pay?

Yes you can get Spousal support. The amount of child support is based on your combined incomes.

Seek the advice of an attorney. If you helped him through Med School/Internship/Residency then you might be entitled to more.
