Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

spousal support /child support

My ex was ordered to pay spousal support .He did not like the judgement went to court of appeal to try and get it dropped. the appeals court stamed it vacate/remand and stated they needed more info from the trial judge showing where she obtained her figures for support. My ex has never turned over documentation on is salary.I was able to obtain bank records only 1 yr. what judgement is to be followed , the original consent judgement or judgement that was order by the trial judge, or do I have no judgement at all?I don't know where i stand and have been fighting in court for almost 4yrs and 40,000 dollars

Re: spousal support /child support

Your statements are a bit confusing. You mentioned that there was a CONSENT JUDGMENT....and JUDGE ORDERED JUDGMENT......if there was a consent Judgment why was there a need for the Judge to render Judgment? In any event, I am sure your attorney has sued for attorneys fees since you are almost supporting him at 10,000 per year.....in any event, any judgment you finally get will revert to the date you originally filed for support.....
