spousal support

We will be filing for divorce and I am

currently unemployed and home

caring for our 14 month old

daughter.

I am concerned about money If I go

and get a job am I eligible for spousal

support ?

It's possible that you would get some type of spousal support. There are alot of factors that go into figuring spousal support. I would suggest that you contact a competent attorney to review all of the facts of your situation which would allow a better assessment of your spousal support needs.
