Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

If my former spouse and 17 year old autistic daughter have lived in Wisconsin since March 2010, but the Judgment for visitation and joint custody was created and docketed in Louisiana in February 2010, if I want to enforce visitation which has been provided 3 times yearly in WI and it says in the Judgment that I allow him to leave LA with my daughter and all visitation is to occur in WI, and he doesn't allow the visitation to occur, does LA still maintain jurisdiction on contempt or if I want to modify the visitation, or would a WI court assume jurisdiction over contempt or modification?
