In the state of Louisiana..Can I get custody of my kids if my ex wife moves in with a member of the opposite sex with my kids and they're not married?

That alone will not get you custody. However, if that prohibition is not in your paperwork, then you can go back to court and have that added. It is always in my standard joint custody plan. Of course the member of the opposite sex must be a paramour, not simply a boarder. Then should she violate the court order she could lose domicilary status.
