Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Two state visitation

I live in Louisiana and my childrens father lives in Michigan. He comes home only about 3 times a year. When i donot let him have the children at his convience he threntens to take them away from me. I am very liberal in the time he spends with them when he is home. The three times he is home is easter, christams and once during the summer. do i have to let him have them the entire time he is home? he does not call them from Michigan when he is there. He has no home down here except his wife's mother's house and his mother's house.

My first question is, "Is there a court ordered visitation schedule?" If so you must obey it until you can get the court to change it.

Contact an attorney as soon as possible. Bring all existing court orders with you.
