Surrender Parental rights?
My daughter has a child but was never married to the father. He wants to surrender his parental rights. What does he need to do to make that happen? Is there a simple form that can be notarized or must he see a lawyer?

Unless there is another man who wants to adopt, I doubt if any court will allow it. The child has a right to child support from that man and would lose the right.
