Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

a t & t stock from deceased relative

My aunt is deceased, she left everything to her bro (my father) and 2 sisters & neices (I am one) and nephews.

I have some of her stuff, I found a certificate of a t & t stock, and wonder how to see if it is worth anything, and can I claim it. My father is now deceased too, only 1 of her sisters is alive & she is in bad shape in nursing home.

Pls advise.

Go to the AT&T website and there should be a quote of what the stock is worth and if you want to dig further, you can call the company and give them the stock certificate number and they can help you.
