Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Hello

I have been taking care of my 2 year old daughter since the day she was born. Growing up without a male figure in my life I wanted to make sure my daughter had a positive black male figure in her life. Her mother, ex fiance never married, and I just recently separated. Now two years later my ex has told me my daughter may not be mine and instead may be for her ex-boyfriend. They have decided to take a DNA test without my permission or consent. Is there anyway I can stop this? Of course I'm devastated, however I just want to know what my rights will be if my daughter isn't mine? My name is on the birth certificate and I'm the only one she knows as dad. I still want to be there as if she was biologically mine but I'm afraid her mom may not allow me to. Please advise thanks.

You are the legal and putative father. If this is disproved then you may continue to have rights if it is found in the child's best interest.
