Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Taking out provisions in custody papers

I have a judgment for divorce filed January 9th, 2003. I am domiciliary parent. Their is a general provision stating ''neither parent shall allow a person of the opposite sex to whom they are not related by blood or marriage to remain overnight in the home when the minor child is present''. I need to know how do I get this provision taken out of the custody papers? My attorney is no longer available to me- I appreciate your help in this matter.

Re: Taking out provisions in custody papers

You can ask the court to remove it. But why would you want to expose your child to something that, at the time of your divorce, was significant enough to be included in your custody plan?
