Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

HELLO, MY NAME IS TAYLOR AND I AM 16 AND A JUNIOR IN HIGH SCHOOL in louisiana. MY MOM HAS FORCED ME TO DROPOUT OF HIGH SCHOOL EVEN THOUGH I DO NOT WANT TO. IF I DECIDE TO CALL CHILD SERVICES OR CALL MY SCHOOL AND LET THEM KNOW, WAT EXACTLY WOULD HAPPEN? WOULD SHE GO TO JAIL? WILL SHE ONLY BE FINED? WILL HER CONSQUENCES ONLY BE MINOR?? SHE ALSO STEALS MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT..IS ALL OF THIS A GOOD ENOUGH REASON FOR ME TO MAYBE BECOME EMANCIPATED OR FOR ANOTHER FAMILY MEMBER TO GAIN CUSTODY OF ME?

First of all, get out of all caps when typing. She would not go to jail or be fined. How can she make you drop out? Can't you just go every day? But if you cannot, contact the local juvenile court, or office of community services and tell them what is going on. Do you have relatives around who could help? Since you are in Metairie, I cannot personally help you. Where is your father, and where did your separate money come from?
