Telephone Tape Recording

In the state of Louisiana, is it legal to record a telephone conversation? Will it hold up in court:

Between an adult party who knows about the recorder and an adult party who is not aware?

Between a guardian's (the guardian knows of the recorder) minor child and an adult party who is not aware of the recorder?

If one party is aware and agrees to the recording, then it is fine.
