Text message report

If my wife gets a copy of my text messages, can she use that against me in divorce court and cause me to lose my children?

I say yes. The phone is community property I assume and she owns it.

Since I have no idea what is in the text message I have no idea what it means.

Since she can use "love notes", matchbooks with women's phone numbers, credit card bills, and chatroom text, I would assume she can use incriminating text messages.
