Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

If my thai girl friend and I get married in thailand and she gets an immigrant visa, which entitles her to a green card and if we should get divorced after she gets the card, do I need to a pre-nuptial agreement here in Thailand before the marriage to protect my assets in the U.S. from the division of community property I have in the U.S. should she file for divorce in the U.S.? Under Thai law, assets acquired prior to the marriage(performed and legalized in Thailand) do NOT become part of the divorce settlement.
