Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana
If I was told by my former spouse that he felt I was harrassing him by emailing him, but I wanted to email him once again to ask if he would reconsider me living with him, so that I could help care for Susan, our autistic daughter, could he use that email against me to argue against the Judgment which has ordered him to pay permanent spousal support on the grounds that I'm at fault because I want to live in his living situation which involves a girlfriend of his residing there, but I just want to be there to help with my daughter and I would be a roommate and would stay out of their affairs otherwise.

You need to stop emailing him. You should be entitled to joint custody unless a court found otherwise. He will be responsible for her care while with him and you will care for her when she is with you.
