underage dating

If I am 16 and my boyfriend is 20 and my parents have a problem with it, can they go to the police and press charges; even if I said nothing happened and we were just dating???

If there is sexual activity, then he is commiting a crime. If all he is doing is taking you to movies or dancing, then there is no crime.
