Re: what happens next?
Dear LawGuru Friend,
Nice hearing from you! Where are you? Yes, there is a serious problem in Divorce Court in Lake Charles. I have begun a crusade to try to bring some justice to the O.C.S. adoption scam. People have their children snatched away from them for little or no reason. They get very little, if any, "due process of law." At least that is the way I see it. And this Whistle Stop operation is another scam. It's all about money. Give us the money, honey, and you get justice; no money, no justice. Maybe a bit of hyperbole, but not much. There is more to it all than this, but this is something to think about. If you have followed the local news, I am here to tell you that Judge Carter is right. There is a crisis in Divorce Court in Lake Charles. I refuse to call it "Family Court", for it does very little, if anything, to preserve the family and familial relationships. I hope you will call me at my office (days M - F) or home (evenings and weekends) to discuss this matter further. Keep up the good work! Maybe some justice is on the way for at least some people.
Sincerely,
Hardy Parkerson, Atty.
