Unwed mothers rights

My 20 year old daughter is pregnant and doesn't want the fathers name on the birth certificate. He is threatening to take her to court to get his name on the certificate and to get parental rights. What rights does he have to the baby?

He has the same rights every father has. He can establish paternity, ask for visitation, or even custody.
