Update sons birth certificate

My son's biological father is listed on the birth certificate. My son is 5 and has not seen his biological father since he was 4 months old. He has never received child support nor has the father attempted to make any conact with my child. He has received numerous letters from attorneys to appear in court and has not accepted any letters. I would like to have a petition that removes the absent parent from the birth certificate.

That will not happen unless you have a man who wants to adopt. That would not be hard.
