visitation for my child

if I'm paying child support for my daughter which lives in La. what are my visitation rights, being that her motehr want let me see her?

If there is no judgment setting your visitation you need to file suit to set some rules.

Paying child support doesn't have anything to do with visitation rights. You rights depend on the terms of the custody agreement you may already have. If you do not have one, you need to start an action in court to determine custody and visitation.
