visitation restrictions

If my ex husband wants to visit our

14 month old daughter ; what are

the requirements for supervised

visitation?

And if supervised visitation is not

granted by the courts - do I have the

right to say whom my child is not to

be exposed to ie known criminals;

drug addicts etc????

The requirements for supervised visitation are usually set by a court order on a case by case basis. There are no standard requirements.

If your ex-husband is exposing your child to known criminals and drug addicts, it is important to bring this fact up to the court when setting visitation.
