Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana
visitation restrictions
If my ex husband wants to visit our
14 month old daughter ; what are
the requirements for supervised
visitation?
And if supervised visitation is not
granted by the courts - do I have the
right to say whom my child is not to
be exposed to ie known criminals;
drug addicts etc????

Re: visitation restrictions
The requirements for supervised visitation are usually set by a court order on a case by case basis. There are no standard requirements.
If your ex-husband is exposing your child to known criminals and drug addicts, it is important to bring this fact up to the court when setting visitation.
