Wife Abandoned me and my daughter

My wife left me after she found a letter I wrote to my employee during Christmas. I got up, went to work and when I came home she was gone and that has been almost 2 weeks. She finally re4ceive my call and she said she needs time and space. In the meantime I am stuck with all the bills and she is going to get her own apartment away from my daughter and I. Now the place I live in is too big for my daugher and I and I want to fin us a smaller place. What are my rights from the above.

If the home is rented then simply move.

If you and your wife purchased it together then it is community property and you cannot sell it without her consent. Contact a lawyer about divorce, child custody & support (if you're raising your daughter she owes you support), and partition of the property.
