Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

How can a wife ask for Alimony, when she took her husband for every thing when she moved out? When I say everything, I mean everything but the bed and tv and she left him nothing to fix a bed with.

She can ask for alimony, but it doesn't mean she will get it from the Court. You need to answer the petition, so that the Court can look at the matter and render a Judgment. If you do nothing, she will win by default.
