Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My wife has been cheating on me, quit her job, stays gone all the time and nor coming home several times. Is this considered abandonment?

It doesn't really matter. Louisiana has no fault divorce. Just live separate from her long enough and you can get a divorce. No fault lowers the stress of "proving" your divorce.
