Speaking very generally, the bills incurred during the marriage are presumed community debts. Likewise, objects obtained during the marriage are presumed community assets. Things owned by either party prior to the marriage generally remain the separate property of the person who owned it prior to the marriage. If community funds were spent on the house there may be a credit owed to you. Talk to your lawyer about all this because many more details are needed to give a proper answer.
