Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Wife Moved out

My marriage has fallen apart and the wife moved out and we became ''separated''. We were going to try to work it out, but approx. 3 days later she went out and had pictures taken of her kissing on another girl(s) and provocative dancing with another guy to include dressing slutty. Also, she puts on her Myspace, how she likes to party when our son is with his dad. - all items from site saved. Its apparent she is not wanting to reconcile.

She wants domicle custody and is living with her mother. They sleep in the same room. I can get my child whenever I want (as of now)

Do I have grounds for abandonment and is there such a thing as two people having domcile custody? Also, do I have to let her move back into the house and can she get me evicted. Also what is a quick claim deed?

Also, I changed the locks, good or bad idea?

Re: Wife Moved out

You should probably speak to an attorney as soon as possible. I believe you are thinking of "shared custody" when you ask about two domiciliary parents. While it is an option, a lot of the judges will not order it unless the circumstances are right.
