Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My wife and I seperated in December of 2009, we have not yet filed for divorce,what can I do to protect my self (Credit), until I file for divorce.

Nothing. You need to file for divorce. That will end the community. Until then, her debts are your debts and vice versa.
