Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Will

My dad has a Will and left me everything. My sister put my dad out and left him without a thing, but a suitcase. My question is my dad feared that she would cause me trouble and left this Will. If she tricked him into signing another Will, is there anything I can do after the fact. She lives in Texas and I live in Louisana. Thank you Kindly, Linda

Re: Will

I sincerely hope you have given your father a place to stay. If the will was executed in Louisiana, then that law applies. If in Texas, then that law applies. If your father was tricked into doing a second will, all he has to do is get to an attorney and properly prepare a 3rd will. Once done, he should then have the attorney contact all persons who were involved with the 2nd will and inform them that the 2nd will is null and void. Since you are in Moss Bluff, you can call me or email me to talk about it.
